Join Ane for this ORGANIC BASKETRY 3x day workshop.

 

Over 3 days, Ane invites you to immerse yourself in the organic basketry universe. Practice the skills needed for the organic form - precision and patience to creating the form and the expression of the basket.

On Ane’s workshop, it will be up to you to design your basket, it could be a sculptural one, a useful one or just playing with colours and possibilities.

Ane describes discovering the world of willow, wickerwork and basketry as, ‘like finding a new love.’

For 20 years Ane has been teaching basketry in Denmark and other countries. She uses the old techniques to create what her hands and heart tell her.​
